If “American Pie” pushed the sexual envelope, “Scary Movie” runs its tongue all over it. Director Keenen Ivory Wayans’s film tested so well in previews–even with those over 25!–the studio opened it on a near-record 4,383 screens last week. Billed as a parody of the horror genre, it’s actually more raunchy than frightening. “Keenen deals with sexuality in a bold way,” says Miramax’s Bob Weinstein. “He went for it.” In one scene, Carmen Electra is stabbed in the heart–but saved by her breast implant. In another, someone’s head is impaled on a giant penis. How the movie escaped a rating of NC-17 might be the most terrifying thing of all.

For Lara Flynn Boyle, the talk about her weight is wearing a little thin. “I’m for those girls that haven’t had the breast implants and just are their scrawny little selves,” the star of TV’s “The Practice” told “Entertainment Tonight” last week. The 30-year-old has taken much flak for her emaciated appearance–and for the impression it makes on young girls–as have incredibly shrinking actresses like Calista Flockhart and pop-cultural flyweights such as Spice Girls singer Victoria Adams and model Kate Moss. “The weight issue,” Boyle continued. “Seriously–put a fork in it.” All right, but you first.

Blair Boy Blitzed It’s one thing to celebrate the end of your exams by getting plastered. It’s quite another to get arrested for it–especially if your father’s the prime minister of Britain. Euan Blair, 16, had already thrown up and fallen down by the time Leicester Square police took him to the station last week, where he initially gave them a fake name. Just days earlier, Tony Blair had called for measures against public booziness. “Euan is very sorry for the inconvenience he caused,” a statement from his father read. You’re absolutely right, Dad. Hiccup.

Madonna’s next best thing seems to be coming along fine. The seven-months-pregnant provocateur recently left London for a getaway in Italy, where she reportedly shopped, crashed on Donatella Versace’s couch and took a dip with daughter Lourdes. British film director-boyfriend Guy Ritchie–the father of the diva’s unborn child, which is rumored to be a boy–was with them. (Paparazzi caught the couple in Como, Italy.) And according to one tabloid, Carlos Leon–Lola’s papa–was along for a leg, too. Call it summer vacation, Ciccone style.
