The new ad posted online by the show’s official Twitter handle play like the typical Rick and Morty episode with the young boy being shocked by the sight of Rick Frosty-ccino, as well as less-believable fast food versions of Jerry and Beth. Rick and Morty first paired up with Wendy’s back in 2020, at the time featured on an adventure that involved many of the franchise restaurant’s breakfast items; while their most another ad from this weekend sees them travel to the world of God of War Ragnarok.

Like any Rick and Morty entry, it doesn’t take long until Rick barges into the garage and starts blasting Morty for falling prey to Wendy’s frosty cream cold brew and promoting its new french toast sticks. The campaign, titled “Choose Wisely”, invites customers to opt for a Wendy’s breakfast, something Rick clearly isn’t too excited about, yet it manages to capture the spirit of the show as well as past collaborations.

Among the more recent commercial adventures for Rick and Morty is a team-up with Adidas, which only adds to a brand portfolio that already has the likes of Sony PS5 to its name, though so far none of those have reached quite the same level of virality as the McDonald’s Szechuan Sauce chapter. Meanwhile, Rick and Morty’s season six just premiered without missing a beat, continuing to develop the show’s story from last season’s shocking finale.

As if that wasn’t enough, Rick and Morty are also moving onto the video game front with Morty already being fully playable on MultiVersus, and Rick Sanchez expected to join the platform fighter soon as one of the game’s most highly-anticipated roster members. All in all, Rick and Morty multiverse expertise has allowed them to smoothly ease into any industry with the duo fitting in practically any type of content.

Rick and Morty are committed to a long-term deal with Adult Swim that will pretty much guarantee yearly seasons all the way to 2026, but if waiting until next week feels like too much, then it’s a good time to catch up with Rick and Morty’s Vindicators spin-off, as well as its several anime shorts available on YouTube.
