“I think it’s going to be absolutely fantastic for all of Memphis,” coach Josh Pastner said. “He’s gonna perform about 30 minutes worth of music, and it is gonna be all family approved and G-rated.
Pastner is also taking this opportunity to appeal to prospective recruits.
“He’s a huge guy in the entire world of hip hop. He’s an elite guy, and, like I said, it’s basically a concert he’s performing. We need the Forum packed because we’re having a lot of recruits come to campus and it’s a great opportunity to help the program by filling FedExForum for Memphis Madness.”
